问题：

Issue: When I want to enable ‘show Developer tab in the Ribbon’in Excel, I get this message: ‘The server drafts location you entered for offline editing is not valid or you do not have permission to access this location. Specify a location on your local computer.’

 

解决方案：
Solution: Go to ‘excel option’ ->Save->Server drafts location-> Brower->choose a folder->OK.
Then you will be able to enable ‘show Developer tab in the Ribbon’.
