Server Service unable to startup

问题：

Server Service unable to startup,Manual startup server service, it will pop up an error message: Windows could not start the Server Service on this Local Computer.

解决方案：

Reinstall file and printer service. and run C:\WINDOWS\system32\svchost.exe -k netsvcs .
Then it’s able to startup server service. -issue is resolved.
