Phone number in the address book is not up to date

解决方案：

You need to follow below steps to force outlook download full OAB from email server.

In outlook, select Tools -> Address Book
In upper right hand corner, highlight Global Address list. Then Right click, the Global Address list and select Properties
Copy the file location under the Current server is. It is typically C:\Documents and settings\USERID\Local Settings\Application Data\Microsoft\Outlook\
Close Outlook and open a windows explorer to the location that you save above
Delete all files named with an extension of OAB
Restart Outlook
Note: If the files show in use, you may have to shut down communicator.

Note: You will get a prompt to download a full copy of the Offline Address Book, select ok.
