RESOLUTION
To resolve this problem, quit Outlook, rename the Resiliency registry key, and t…To resolve this problem, quit Outlook, rename the Resiliency registry key, and then restart Outlook. To do this, follow these steps:
Quit Outlook if it is running.
Press CTRL+ALT+DELETE, and then click Task Manager.
Click the Processes tab, and then verify that Outlook.exe does not appear in the list of processes.
Quit Task Manager.
Click Start, click Run, type regedit in the Open box, and then click OK.Important This section, method, or task contains steps that tell you how to modify the registry. However, serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Therefore, make sure that you follow these steps carefully. For added protection, back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs.
